WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BRĀV BOX?

All new orders placed before the 20th of a calendar month will be shipped by the 15th of the following calendar month. So if new order placed in January (on or before the 20th) it will ship by the 15th of February. All following boxes will ship monthly thereafter.

DO YOU SHIP OUT OF THE STATES?

We currently only ship within the United States, with plans to expand soon! 

I'M DEPLOYING OUT OF THE COUNTRY. HOW CAN I STILL RECEIVE MY MONTHLY BOX?

Please update your address to include your new APO/FPO address. These addresses are still technically shipping within the United States, which we can accommodate. You can update your shipping information within your customer portal, or by emailing us at support@bravbox.com. 

*PST! All APO and FPO addresses take top priority for us to ship out, to ensure ample time to receive your BRĀV BOX!

HOW DO GIFT CERTIFICATES WORK?

You can easily gift BRĀV BOX by selecting the gift option on the site. Once purchased, both you and your recipient will receive a digital gift certificate code that is redeemable at any time.

HELP! MY GIFT CERTIFICATE ISN’T WORKING?

If your voucher or gift code is not working, please email us at support@bravbox.com along with a copy of your voucher or gift code and a support agent will help to resolve the issue.

AUTO-RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the 20th of the month either monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly depending on your subscription plan. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at support@bravbox.com, or by logging into your personal BRĀV BOX account. In order to cancel your subscription, you must submit your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (before the 20th of the month). For example, if you are on a monthly plan and do not want the January box, you must email in your cancellation request by December 19th (before the 20th of the month). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returned boxes and there are no refunds for requests that come in after that date or mid-subscription.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Moving or deploying? You can change your delivery address at any time by either logging into your BRĀV BOX account or by sending us an email at support@bravbox.com. In order to affect a particular months shipment, you must submit your address change prior to your next renewal billing (before the 20th of the month). For example, if you are looking to change the delivery address of February’s box, you must submit your address change by January 19th (before January 20th, the auto-renewal date). Address changes submitted on or after the 20th of the month will be effective the following month.
